If you have any website changes that need to be made, please fill out this form. If you need an event posted on SFArch.org, please visit the Archdiocesan Events page and fill out the form there.
Please be as detailed as necessary. It is better to ask once and to ask well rather than going back and forth. If you are requesting a form to be built, please let us know what information needs to be collected, what kinds of fields you need (e.g., text, buttons, drop-down menu, etc.), and the exact content of the automatic reply email that the person filling out the form will receive once they’ve pressed “submit”. If your form will be used to collect funds, please let us know the department and account code where the funds need to be sent.
